I order participation as an exhibitor in the European Internet Job Fair, which will be held on June 16-22 2008 by means of the following Internet platforms: www.ekipa.info and www.workwindow.info.

I undertake to transfer the fee for the participation in the European Internet Job Fair to the event organiser’s bank account: meetingpoint, ING Bank Śląski N 58 1050 1025 1000 0023 1712 0786 within 7 days of the receipt of an VAT invoice. The transfer shall include a note saying “Job Fair ”.

Terms and Conditions of the participation in the European Internet Job Fair:

1. The Organiser of the European Internet Job Fair, which will be held on June 16-22 2008 by means of the following internet platforms: www.ekipa.info and www.workwindow.info, is meetingpoint – personnel search & selection, with the registered office at: : ul. Równoległa 5/13, 05-092 Łomianki, Poland and its office at: Pl. Inwalidów 10, 01-552 Warszawa, Poland, NIP:118-092-65-20, phone: 00 48 22 869 44 16, fax: 00 48 22 869 44 17, e-mail: info@meetingpoint.pl, website: www.meetingpoint.pl, the owner of the employment service Internet platforms: www.ekipa.info, e-mail: targipracy@ekipa.info and www.workwindow.info, e-mail: jobfair@workwindow.info

 

2. The act of sending this Application Agreement is tantamount to application to participate in the European Internet Job Fair, which will be held on June 16-22 2008 by means of the following Internet platforms: www.ekipa.info and www.workwindow.info, as an Exhibitor.

 

3. An entity may participate in the European Internet Job Fair, provided that it transfers the fee for the participation to the Organiser’s bank account – meetingpoint, ING Bank Śląski N 58 1050 1025 1000 0023 1712 0786 - within 7 days form the receipt of an VAT invoice. The transfer must include a note saying „ Job Fair”.

 

4. The application to participate in the European Internet Job Fair as an exhibitor must be send to the Organiser on June 6^th at the latest in order to be accepted.

 

5. In case of no possibility, due to the Organiser’s fault, to provide to the entity applying for the participation in the Fair the possibility to take part in the Fair despite sending by this entity the Contract – Agreement and transferring the fee to the Organiser’s (meetingpoint – personnel search & selection) bank account, the fee shall be returned to the entity within 14 days of the Fair’s end.

 

6. Withdrawal form the participation in the Fair should be sent by registered mail to the following address: European Internet Job Fair Organisational Office, meetingpoint - personnel search & selection, Pl. Inwalidów 10, 01-552 Warszawa, Polska.

 

7. In case if the entity which sent an application to participate in the Fair withdraws this application before June 6^th 2008, the payment transferred to the Organiser’s bank account shall be returned to that entity.

 

8. In case if the entity which sent an application to participate in the Fair withdraws this application after June 6^th 2008, it shall be charged with 100% of the cost for the participation in the Fair.

 

9. In case if the European Internet Job Fair cannot be held due to the Organiser’s fault, the fee which was transferred by the entity which wished to participate in the Fair to the Organiser’s bank account, shall be returned to this entity within 14 days of the date the Fair was cancelled.

 

10. As the entity sends this Application Agreement it agrees to have its personal data which is included in this document processed by the Organiser for marketing purposes.

 

11. The standard package for the exhibitors includes:

 

1) creation of an Internet exhibition stand which shall be equipped with:

• the description of a company

• descriptions of job offers

• an account, to which the candidates will send their applications

• video presentation and a gallery of photographs which will present the company, a map showing the company’s location

• a logo with a link to the company’s website

• application forms sent by the candidates. The application forms will be selected in such a way as to suit the needs of an exhibitor (exhibitors will have a chance to receive application in a chosen language: Polish, English, French, Spanish, Italian or German)

2) monitoring of the number of applications sent by the candidates as a response to the exhibitor’s offer
3) free of charge presentation of job offers by means of the following Internet platforms: www.workwindow.info and www.ekipa.info up to 12 months after the Fair.
4) participation in the next European Internet Job Fair organised by www.workwindow.info and www.ekipa.info , for half the price (50% discount).

 

12. “No charge” package for the exhibitors includes:

1) creation of an Internet exhibition stand which shall be equipped with:

• the description of a company

• descriptions of job offers

• an account, to which the candidates will send their applications

• video presentation and a gallery of photographs which will present the company, a map showing the company’s location

• a logo with a link to the company’s website

• application forms sent by the candidates. The application forms will be selected in such a way as to suit the needs of an exhibitor (exhibitors will have a chance to receive application in a chosen language: Polish, English, French, Spanish, Italian or German)

2) monitoring of the number of applications sent by the candidates as a response to the exhibitor’s offer

m) Additional options include:

1) chat with the candidates,

2) a sponsored article to be published on the article site (complete information about the company’s activity - for example: details concerning the company’s activity, recruitment process, possibility of promotion, expectations of an employer),

3) a banner of a company which can be placed on the Fair main page with a link to an exhibitor’s internet website or a link to its profile in the branch room,

4) branch sponsoring – a company’s logo which will be placed in the branch room and a banner with a link to an exhibitor’s website or a link to its profile in the branch room,

5) positioning – available with an option which gives the possibility to search job offers in specific branches,
6) an access to a database of all candidates from a specific branch available on the basis of a login active for 12 months from the close of the Fair,

7) an access to a database which include information about all the candidates who participated in the Fair available on the basis of a login active for 12 months from the close of the Fair.

n) Please fill in the below table and tick „X” next to the chosen option of participation in the Fair. On the basis of the data included in the table, the Organiser will count the fee for participation in the Fair and will issue a VAT invoice.

o) Members of Polish Spanish Chamber of Commerce and British Polish Chamber of Commerce will receive further discount of 25% on the standard package as well as additional options of participation in the fair
